The Warners Bay renovation
For this young family, the project started with a decision about what made the most sense for their home and their future.
After considering a knockdown rebuild and second-storey addition, they ultimately decided against overcapitalising and instead worked with the home they already had.
Working alongside local draftsman Ian from Mayfield Design, we completed a major internal renovation that reworked and opened up the existing floorplan, making way for a new kitchen, bathroom and covered deck designed to make the most of the home’s views.
Importantly, the renovation was also planned with the future in mind, allowing the family the option to add a master suite to the rear of the home down the track.
