We had worked with this young family before and came back to this project knowing we would listen to their ideas and work through the design with them.

A small section of the original dwelling was retained, a decision we made to save on costs, and this cleared the way for the rear of the property to be subdivided and sold. The proceeds from the sale went toward funding the renovation of the front home. The owners designed the renovation themselves and submitted it to council, with Brad offering ideas and guidance along the way.
